,,,,,, This Site is designed to view the photography and history which reveals the seldom seen Northern New Hampshire. .... ,,,,,,As for me, I grew up in Northeast Arkansas and came here in 1974. After graduating from the University Of Arkansas and marrying a Northerner, I had my sites set on New York City and Madison Avenue. In seven years I was brought in as a staff member of McCalls, the nation's largest circulation magazine. My job, along with selling advertising, was to create and present editorial sales training for all McCalls' advertising salesmen. This was so they could try to understand and communicate to advertisers the editorial purpose of the new liberal editor Shana Alexander. .....She left and I left after having lived long enough in busy suburban New York City. We then formulated plans to come to Northern New Hampshire in 1974 with our four young children. Click on "ABOUT" after opening my Web site to read about the move and a little more history of what I'm doing here beside trying to keep warm (See the temperature in the above photo and view THE below wood stove that allowed it to happen !). Along with oil, we burn four cords in this stove and four more in a old Glenwood in the kitchen. ......I hope you enjoy the history and the photos of Northern New Hampshire and come back regularly to view Additions.
